2019     The Doffer and the Fancy: Re-imagining the Machine Leeds Industrial Museum

Seven large sculptural pieces and installations, each based on and presented next to the textile machinery at the heart of the Museum’s collection. Additional works, sketchbooks, interpretation and an exhibition film shown to contextualise the project. Timed to open for the INDEX festival launch, this exhibition ran from June – December 2019. One sculptural installation, Creel, is now on long term loan to Leeds Museums and Galleries and Carding Engine has been acquired into the Leeds Museums and Galleries permanent collection.

Joint exhibition of a series of 17 free-motion machine embroideries – free-hand stitched sketches of details of the built environment in central Wakefield.

2018     Wool Stories Leeds Industrial Museum

Group exhibition with the International Feltmakers Association (IFA) – three 2D pieces selected, responding to the carding engine and fulling stocks.

2017     Stitched-Up Wakefield Cathedral

Solo exhibition of textile self-portraits exploring aspects of selfhood and personal identity.
